Bishop's Brunch

The Bishop’s Seminary Brunch is a public expression of appreciation and moral support to the men offering themselves in priestly formation to the community and Diocese of Cleveland. Additionally, the Brunch provides financial support for unusual and emergency needs of the seminarians through donations to the Rector’s Fund. Gilmour Council contributes $600 annually.

Service Day for Underprivileged Children

supported by the Greater Cleveland KofC Chapter.

Our carpool leaves from the SPB PARKING LOT (SOUTHEAST CORNER) at 9:15AM for a drive to St. Augustine Center, 2486 West 14th Street. 

We serve as camp counselors for games and lunch at city picnic. If you will need to leave for home earlier than 3PM, you may drive separately, but please let the group know you are coming.

Lunch is included after we feed the kids.

Gilmour #310 purchases, prepares, and serves hot dogs and hamburgers for SPB Parish Picnic.  Grills set up on west side of school building, serve in the Eymard Room.

Grills & Council prep start at 9:30AM,. Serve directly after the 10:30 Mass at around 11:20 AM, continuing until 12:45 PM. Clean up until about 1:30PM.

KofC’s Keep Christ In Chriistmas program is an international art contest. Elementary school students from ages 5-14 submit religious-themed artwork to compete in age groups for school, council, district, regional, jurisdictional, and international awards. The goal is to remind us and them that Jesus is the Reason for the Season.

Gilmour Council purchases, prepares, and serves pancake breakfasts at St Francis of Assisi's Caddy Hall from 8:30AM to 11:30AM, serving worshippers at the 8AM and 10AM Masses.

Pancakes, sausage, juice, coffee, and all the fixings.

All costs are borne by the council.. All revenue goes to the SFA Parent-Teachers' Organization.

Set-up begins at 7AM.  Clean-up takes until approximately 12:30PM
